As Needed

  1. Career Fair Posts (1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week, day before)

  2. Career Fair Digital Program

  3. Add/update website Public Events

  4. Greet businesses arriving for onsite recruitment; ensure they have their designated space, chairs, and any requested materials (Wi-Fi access, water, etc.).

  5. Schedule room reservations

  6. Put in workorder tickets

  7. Reach out to schools for more volunteers & schedule interviews

  8. Perform a morning and mid-day "sweep" to ensure the lobby, Resource Room, and front desk are clutter-free and professional.

  9. Ensure computers in the Resource Room are logged in and printers are stocked

Weekly/Bi-Weekly Tasks

  1. Update in-the-door numbers for Weekly KCC Operations update

  2. Update Hiring, Resource & Training Binders

  3. Update the upcoming events board

  4. Use job post list from Sarah Crider to create ‘Job of the Day’ post on social media

  5. Schedule social media postings

  6. Look at partner calendars to see where we can cross-promote or send materials.

  7. Ensure all front desk forms are up to date

  8. Update Front Desk Links site with upcoming dates, and any other information.

  9. Sync with front-desk volunteers to review the upcoming week’s schedule and any specific tasks or events they need to support.

  10. Approve Volunteer (ready to work / federal work study) timesheets

  11. Send in SCSEP/NKCAC worker timesheets (bi-weekly)

  12. Schedule meetings with volunteers

Monthly Tasks

  1. Scan both KCC Sign-in Sheet and Covington Sign-in Sheet data for potential mistakes/input errors.

  2. Create/schedule ‘Employee of the Month’ social media post

  3. Update monthly events

  4. Lock in the schedule for the following month’s business table setups and community workshops.

  5. Adjust furniture or signage to improve the "first impression" based on visitor feedback.
